Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AKUPAAD MARKETING PVT. LTD. (“AMPL Solar”). By browsing our website, using our tools or engaging our installation and maintenance services, you accept these Terms.

1. Services

AMPL Solar offers solar system design, supply, installation, net-metering coordination, and after-sales maintenance for residential, commercial, industrial and solar atta chakki applications across Uttar Pradesh and surrounding regions.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Calculator outputs and online quotes are indicative and are based on the data you provide. The final scope, pricing and timelines are confirmed only after a physical site survey and a signed work order.

3. Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate consumption, load and property details, and ensure the site is accessible during the agreed installation window.
• Make payments per the agreed milestone schedule. Delayed payments may delay commissioning and warranty activation.
• Obtain society or housing-board permissions where applicable. Statutory approvals such as DISCOM net metering are processed by us on your behalf using the documents you provide.

4. Equipment, Brands & Substitutions

Components are sourced from MNRE-listed manufacturers. Where a specific model is unavailable, an equivalent or better model may be substituted with prior intimation. Brand-specific warranties pass through directly from the manufacturer.

5. Warranties

Product and workmanship warranties are described on our Warranty page. Warranties exclude damage caused by tampering, unauthorised modification, fire, flood, lightning, civil disturbance and other force-majeure events.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMPL Solar's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss including loss of generation, revenue or savings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, calculator logic and marks on this website are owned by AMPL Solar or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms and applicable refunds are defined in the signed work order. Bespoke design fees, completed survey charges and procurement deposits may be non-refundable.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to amicable resolution efforts in the first instance.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
